Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use Lueur. If you use it on behalf of a business (a provider), you agree to these Terms on that business's behalf. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in links private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Lueur is a booking and waitlist platform that connects clients with independent med spas and aesthetic providers. When an appointment is cancelled, we notify waitlisted clients who have opted in with a time-limited offer. Fills are best-effort: we do not guarantee that any opening will be filled or that any appointment will be honored.

Lueur is not a health care provider. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensure, clinical care, insurance, pricing, and the consents they must obtain from you. Any license check we display is a convenience, not an endorsement or a guarantee.

Deposits, holds, cancellations, no-shows, and waitlist offers work as described in our Cancellation & deposit policy, which is part of these Terms. All prices are shown in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Lueurcollects payments on providers' behalf and transfers them to the provider, less a platform fee the provider has agreed to. Charges appear on your statement as LUEUR. We do not store full card numbers.

We send account and booking messages by email and, if you enable them, push notifications. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and every one includes a way to unsubscribe. If text messaging is offered in the future, it will require your separate, express opt-in.

You may review appointments you actually attended. Reviews must be truthful and must not disclose anyone else's private or health information. We moderate against a content-neutral policy and do not edit the substance of reviews.

Don't use Lueurunlawfully, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, interfere with it, or misuse other users' information. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, Lueuris not liable for providers' services or their outcomes, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to Lueur in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Lueur Technologies LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms. Providers additionally indemnify us for claims arising from the services they deliver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
