For med spas, salons, studios & every appointment-based business

You already fine clients for no-shows. We re-sell the slot instead.

A late-cancel fee softens the sting. The chair still sits empty. So when an appointment cancels, Lueur offers that time to your next-best waiting client, holds it just for them behind a refundable deposit, and rolls to the next person if they pass. Money you'd written off walks back in the door.

No rip-and-replace

Runs alongside what you already use.

Keep your booking system

Whatever runs your front desk today stays put. There's no migration, no retraining, no six-week onboarding project hiding behind a demo.

We only touch cancellations

Your current system leaves canceled slots as dead air. That dead air is our entire job. Everything else stays where it is.

Your clients, first

Openings go to people who already love your work. Your client list imports with one tap, and no stranger sees a slot before your regulars do.

Your numbers

What your empty chairs are actually worth.

Your numbers, run through simple math. Not a promise. Our fee comes out of the recovered side, and your monthly statement will always show both columns: what came back, and what you paid for it.

Pricing — announced with our launch partners

Pay when it works. Not before.

We're shaping three tiers with our launch partners and we'll publish real numbers the day we open. One thing is already decided: the price follows what the engine recovers, not a seat count.

Core
$—pay for performance

The fill engine itself. Priced around what it recovers for you:

  • Automatic ranked waitlist & cascade
  • Reserved holds with refundable deposits
  • Client import with one-tap invites
  • Push + email offers and reminders
  • The monthly recovered-revenue statement

Launch partners help us set this number, and they keep preferred rates for it.

Pro
$—/month

Core, plus the tools for running the place:

  • Analytics: revenue, retention, how full your book runs, CSV export
  • Lapsed-client win-back + rebook nudges
  • Staff, rooms & device scheduling
  • Loyalty program admin
  • AI booking assistant for your clients

You pay for the toolkit here. The fill engine itself never goes behind a paywall.

Group
$—/month

Pro, built out for groups:

  • Multiple locations under one roof
  • Cross-location waitlist routing
  • Consolidated statement across locations
  • Priority support

We'll shape this one with our first multi-location partner.

The pledge

Published pricing, no new-client commissions, no credit packs. And every month your statement shows two columns: what we recovered, what you paid. If the first column doesn't dwarf the second, fire us.

Fair questions

Every objection, answered straight.

Won't my clients hate deposits?

Restaurants heard the same worry when prepaid reservations arrived. Then no-shows collapsed, because people who put a card down show up. Our version is gentler than a fine: it's a hold, not a charge. Your client arrives and it simply vanishes. Nobody pays anything for keeping their word — the deposit just proves the reserved slot is really theirs.

Do I have to replace my current booking system?

No. Keep whatever books your calendar today. When something cancels, your front desk taps once and we take the slot from there. That's the whole integration. If you ever want Lueur running more of your day, great — but that's your call, never a requirement.

Is this one of those marketplaces that takes a cut of “new clients”?

No. Those fees have a way of taxing you for clients you already earned, and not being that company is the whole reason this one exists. Our fee attaches to one event: a canceled slot we actually refilled. Your statement shows each dead slot, who took it, and what the save cost you. Nothing recovered, nothing owed.

What does my front desk actually have to do?

Mark the cancellation. That's it. Ranking the waitlist, sending the offer, holding the slot, rolling to the next person, taking the deposit, confirming the booking — all of it happens on its own. Nobody calls down a list. Nobody texts a first-come-first-served blast. And double-booking is impossible: the engine only ever lets one person win a slot.

What about HIPAA?

We're the booking layer, not the medical record. Your EMR keeps the chart; we schedule the visit. Washington's My Health My Data Act shaped this product from the first line of code — consent first, no data sales. When you're ready to store real intake, we sign a BAA and turn on the hardened tier. We'd rather earn that trust than assume it.

Does the client pay through Lueur — and can they tip?

Yes to both. Clients can pay everything upfront at booking, or settle after the visit in one tap, with a tip if they're feeling generous, and every cent of it goes to you. You set the final total at settle time, so when a service changes mid-visit the bill follows the service. We take no cut of any of it. Stripe handles the cards.

What happens if the person who claims the slot no-shows?

That's the deposit's whole job. It was authorized the moment they claimed the slot, so a no-show gets captured under your policy, and their place in line drops next time. One more guardrail: a slot that reaches its start time retires itself, so nobody is ever offered an appointment that already began.

From the founders

A note from Kyle & Jaclyn — coming soon.

Kyle & Jaclyn · Lueur, Bellevue WA

Deposits held, never charged

A refundable hold through Stripe. It disappears the moment your client walks in. The only time it's captured is a no-show, under the policy you set.

Built for Washington's health-data law

We built for MHMDA before we had a single user. A BAA is there when your data needs one. And we don't sell data — not to anyone, not ever.

Payments by Stripe

Card numbers never touch our servers. Deposits land in your Stripe account, and the treatment bill is yours minus card processing.

Cancel anytime

No contract. Your client list leaves with you. The day the statement stops earning its line, you walk — and we'd rather you did than resent us.
